Add Accessibility Statement & Do Accessibility Review #434

Well, I think that this is a bug, but apparently you think this is a feature according to this older closed issue - https://github.com/meteor/meteor/issues/2080

So I'll add it here.

I'd like to see an accessibility statement & maybe a VPAT https://www.w3.org/WAI/planning/statements/ https://www.itic.org/policy/accessibility/vpat

Easiest place to start is with https://wave.webaim.org/ or https://accessibilityinsights.io/

1/5 people has a disability. Many are invisible. People's abilities tend to deteriorate over time. Accessibility needs to be built in.

Is this directed against www.meteor.com or the Accounts UI packages?

Either way any statements or legal documents need to be handled by Meteor software. @filipenevola
