May have to do with new permission schemes in android M preview.

I know this is a preview release of the OS but I thought we'd better be aware in advance.

Also this may have more to do with cordova.

If so let me know.

I'm closing this issue due to its age and Cordova has been updated since the issue creation, so it should be working now.
