deployment to heroku #209

when I am deploying my metor-react app to Heroku, I have to use this version of react-meteor-data package : react-meteor-data@0.2.6-beta.16, instead of using the current package

I'm closing this just because it's too old. We can open new issues for items that are still valid.

Most of these items were solved already or replaced by new strategies (like hooks)
