Fixed deprecation warnings #105

These lines cause deprecation warnings when running on mobile e.g.meteor run android

I am not sure if several of the .png files in the resources folder can safely be removed.

Thanks! We should probably figure out a nicer way to add these icons that doesn't involve listing all the sizes, but perhaps another time.
