Update step11.md #189

the last step is missing in the Blaze version, this is copy pasted from the React version. test did not run without importing task.test.js to /tests/main.js. I also submitted an issue here https://github.com/meteor/tutorials/issues/188.

(this is my first time doing this, hopefully did it right :) )
