[Feature Request] Add support for Mastodon

What problem does the feature solve?

Many people are using Mastodon as a free and open source, decentralized, open protocol microblogging service.

Proposed solution

Implement support for Mastodon in Vssue. The page owner could associate a specific mastodon post to the page, so that any replies in the Fediverse (the decentralized web microblogging messages) to that post would show up as comments.

Not familiar with Mastodon. We might provide a package or documentation for integration.
