[Bug Report] 在使用gitlab平台时，用户的头像为空 #127

我使用的是 gitlab，当gitlab用户没有自定义头像是，他拉取到到头像是空，无法显示头像，如下图 image

有自定义头像，则能获取到

when gitlab avatar is the default avatar, vssue can't get the avatar
