包含中文括号（）的博文授权后跳转失败。

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, for example:

1. Go to 软件记录（Win）
2. Click on “授权” and authorize it
3. Then will go back to 软件记录（Win）
4. See error：Get 404 page not found because the redirect URL is https://zhangmingge.com/2021/01/05/%E8%BD%AF%E4%BB%B6%E8%AE%B0%E5%BD%95%EF%BC%88Win%EF%BC%89/, which （ and ） are replaced by ( and ).

Expected behavior

应该跳转回正确的 URL。

Additional context

记博客搭建上能够在授权后正常跳转。

与 #63 类似。
