feat($vssue): i18n add pt-BR support #19

Added i18n support for pt-BR language.

As discussed in https://github.com/meteorlxy/vssue/issues/18 and https://github.com/meteorlxy/vuepress-theme-meteorlxy/issues/8

Ok, changed easy, had in a separate commit. Sorry for the blunders, it's my first gh contribution ever.

I'm writing the docs for i18n of vuepress-theme-meteorlxy.

I'll check and merge these later ❤️
