Fatal Error: Value does not fall within expected range #51

I have a relatively poor internet connection.

I've encountered this error 5 or 6 times over a period of about 6 hours. I'm not sure how common or frequent it has been, as I've been remoting into my PC to check the download progress, once every 2 or 3 hours.

When this error occurs, I still have network and disk activity, and regular memory usage. I also notice that the downloads still progress, the missing mods counter ticks down, and it moves on to the next mod without any issue.

I am running the latest .net version.

Known issue due to a janky implementation behind the Missing Mods view. Will be reworking in the next couple days to be much more consistent.
