Design enhancements

• [x] Cart step is empty when user is already logged in
• [x] Order summary
  • Should contain all order information: address, items, summary cost, shipment.
• [x] Order successful step
  • Information that everything went fine.
• [x] Site navigation
  • Should be located somwhere around header and be able to contain few sections.
• [x] Header changes
  • It's too long and user can't see content on small resolutions, make it narrower (450px?)
  • Add testimonials from users
  • Show only one at once
  • Visible link to WMASG review (maybe some quote from review, similar to testimonials)
  • Make dum dum bag more visible

    Later

• [ ] Tooltips
  • Design tooltip that could be used around website, eg. errors in forms and so on.
• [ ] Popup message after submiting contact form

When it's comming to the 1st and 5th step without login for now I don't have better idea than simply placing this content in the middle.

And I didn't change the height for every step because I wanted to keep it in one PSD file therefore sometimes it looks like that is too big bottom margin.
