More point values #117

I would like to see other point values for grading besides the ones listed. I 
send my students reading quizzes, and I would like the did you read question to 
be worth more than five points. Perhaps you could list a fill in the blank 
choice or list more point numbers. The only way I can do this is if I duplicate 
the question and make the students answer it more than once.
