Set up a system to retrieve threads from community forums. In this specific case, the briefings and post-op discussion threads to pull for !briefing and !postop commands. Most likely via RSS.

Current website software, enjin, has really janky RSS feeds for the forums. Holding out on this until new website software is live.

Don't like how Enjin handles things. Will address this in favor of a new project. Will revisit for v1.1.
