check pycsw support for D-CAT profile #264

We need to provide metadata output in D-CAT. To expose translated metadata from mmd we need to check how to expose them in pyCSW.

Currently it seems that xslt is not used within pycsw and additional output profiles should be created ad-hoc. We'll possibly receive some feedback from pycsw developers during this week on the possibility to integrate dcat in pycsw.

The possible feedback will be possibly in October, so I will close this for now. It seems the approach is to create a dcat output using the same approach as done with DIF. We can replicate the structure for that using the mapping provided in the xslt file.
