Currently, oda2nc only creates valid netCDF files for fixed land station data. Add the possibility in oda2nc to process moving stations (boats, buoys, ...).

Egentlig ikke. Jeg fikk koden fra Jo for faste observasjoner. Jeg satte den bare i drift. Så da må Vegar eksplisit be meg om at jeg gjør dette.
