Hi, is the "mapMed" only affect the IAM flux calculation in the Mediterranean area? from the code it looks like that, but just in case I'll ask. This may be explained in the guide and I've missed.

Yep, mapMed is just for IAM purposes, to make the maps more realistic for those looking at ozone damages to Med. vegetation.
