Sharing the pollen code and required input files with other project partners (outside CAMS) is OK as long as Mikhail Sofiev and FMI are acknowledged as originators of the code. This was confirmed in an e-mail from Mikhail Sofiev to Michael Gauss on 15 May 2018. If the pollen modelling is in focus of the publication Sofiev and co-workers should be offered co-authorship.
The pollen code was included on the latest release rv4.34 (202001). However, I the pollen inputs are not yet available trough the catalog tool.
The benchmark runs for rv4.33 and the upcoming rv4.36 will be included with next release. I'll close this issue after pushing the changes.
rv4_36 is here...
I've noted that EMEP has been used for modelling pollen distribution (https://www.atmos-chem-phys.net/17/12341/2017/), however the code for this module isn't included in the 2019 (and earlier) public release versions of the model.
Please could you tell me if it is possible to get the code, and possibly the input files too, that was used for this work?
