DOI in readme.md points to rv4.10 #63

The DOI on top of the README.md points to a 2016 version rv4.10. It should point to rv4.33, I guess.

Oh, it seems the link is correctly pointing to 'latest', but on https://zenodo.org/record/3355083 all version of the emep-ctm model have the same date: 2019-07-30. Confusing, but maybe that's when you started with DOI's?

And we don't have a DOI for rv4.32, 2019-04? That's the version which is currently used for operational eEMEP.

I created the doi for rv4.33 first, so it is the oldest. rv4.32 was a pre-release, only for the emep course... so no doi

This has was fixed with the release of v4.34 (202001)
