DOC: mention interpolation and normalization of monthly factors #98

I have added some information on the interpolation of the monthly factors - this took me by surprise, as we had specified a monthly factor of 0.0 but still found emissions in that month, because of the interpolation. Feel free to make changes. Thanks and best, Ruben

OK great, thank you for explaining Peter. I'm working mostly on emission time factor related things currently, when I come across some points that I feel could be added to the documentation, I'll send another PR. Then you can probably tell me whether it is still up to date or changed in the new version. 👍
