Fix throbber not stopping in Bokeh Dashboard/Basket. #36

I have implemented a throbber animation icon, when the bokeh/basket/dashboard is loading...however due to some bug, this throbber animation is not removed when the bokeh app is finished rendering.

Check the javascript and throbber configuration to be able to fix this issue,
