WMS visualization activate too many layers for NBS products and probably other products too. #43

The WMS viewer are very slow on visualizing S2 products in NBS. The code activate all layers instead of using the default spcified in in the mmd. There are some bug in the logic in the visualization code that have to be investigated.

This issue is now fixed, and the changes have been pushed to production. Closing this issue for now.
