update cf standard name vocabulary reference to nerc vocabulary #210

Update of vocabulary reference in mmd specifications - close #208 @mortenwh you should update this in other related documentation outside of the mmd repository.

You are right. In the DMH you do not mention CFSTDN, but link to adc documentation. I will update that. In general I think it would be good to pick up the CF standard names in the MMD keywords. This can be done during creation of MMD from netCDF.
