The primary goal was to make the surface layer extend up to sigma=0.996 instead of using the first layer only. This would allow using all the vertical levels instead of skipping the bottom layer as this could create a very thin first layer which would require a great number of particles if not skipping.
The surface concentration can now be selected based on two modes: The bottom layer (default, what was previously used) and a specific height (e.g. 30m).
