The link to https://hissa.nist.gov/HHRFdata/Artifacts/ITLdoc/235/title.htm is not working.

Thus I replaced it with the following: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication500-235.pdf which seems to be the current correct link.
