User roles feature #333

Description of the feature you're suggesting.

Define a user roles system inside the Application.

basic user roles:
- guest: Could only watch results
- user: Could watch results and make requests
- admin: Could watch results, make requests and access datasource settings

Features: Main status bar (for all views) Side menu settings with the options

datasources
settings
plugins
user permissions

User permissions functionality in each component

Extract user role information from cookie (related to #335 )
