[ ] Click verbosity logger
[x] enable as optional feature
[x] Apply to example applications (and replace/enhance click setup there)
[ ] Add support for common MetricQ data types as arguments/options (for example https://github.com/metricq/metricq-tools/blob/master/metricq_tools/utils.py#L118)
