fix config flag nonsense #103

mergeMetridocConfig and metridocConfigLocation were not working correctly. Also migrated the flag mergeMetridocConfig to ConfigService since it is not needed in the DefaultService anymore. Should consider doing a minor release here since this is an annoying bug.
