fix: hide do you work question

Description

This PR is meant to hide the "Do you work in" question from the common application with the least amount of changes. Given the turnaround on release on Monday, I only focused on hiding it on the applicant information and household member information page.

How Can This Be Tested/Reviewed?

This can be tested by filling out the common app and noticing that the question doesn't appear on the address page nor the household member section.

• Pull the changes down locally and test that the acceptance criteria is met
• Either (1) explicitly ask a clarifying question, (2) request changes, or (3) approve the PR, even if there are very small remaining changes, if you don't need to re-review after the updates

The slack thread seemed like it might have just wanted this removed on the primary applicant, just confirming that the HH one should also be removed?
