In attempting to export the application date of an open listing, a partner user noticed that the disclaimer shows invalid date because the listing's closedDate is not set. This change should hide this line if the closedAt date is undefined

This can be tested by looking at the applications export of an open listing and seeing that the expired string is hidden.
