Margin adjustments around plots #2

Estimated 8 hrs Axis labels and tick text can get truncated or overlap with long labels, as is.

Giving global access to the axis elements of the theme may work, but giving access to the margins also makes sense.

A simple implementation of this, i.e., implemented as individual fields for each plot wouldn't be too extreme, effort-wise. Making a more robust version of this that allows access to all theme elements, on the other hand, is a significant undertaking. Last time we tried this we ran into big reactivity issues.

Referenced table controls for yaml config idea, used here for plot themes.
