Can't create a report with only VPCs #30

From Naren, I'll try to reproduce later today:

Hi Dan, I figured out why it didn’t create a word document..

Input model was not referenced and therefore, related TFLs were not selected/generated. It was because I was interested in generating only VPC figures.

I think, there’s a possible bug.. while I could not generate a word document in the above scenario, I was able to generate one after ensuring atleast a table/figure/listing based reference model input/output was selected. Upon selection/generation of a table (from input model), the word document was duly created. However, I noticed that the tables, figures and listings were not in order and some tables, figures and listings were getting repeated in Figures section.

So, was wondering it would be possible to allow the flexibility of generating VPC tab based plots regardless of input model based TFLs.
