Hi .. Noting some of the issues faced while generating reports.. 1) the check box for "All IDs" does not maintain persistent state. After refresh or sometimes before output of files or while reading an input parameter file, the check box goes back to "unchecked" state. image

2) The footnote text and Listings figure are inline.. A newline for footnote followed by the display of Page in the next page is needed. Please see attached image. image image

3) Multipanel when plotting by specified group.. empty plots are visible when number of subjects to be plotted is less than the max. number allowed in a page (m_rows x n_cols).

Add more features to listings plot : Mark by, and Group by
