Trying to implement gotestfmt to cleanup the visual portrayal of tests in drone #291

Wanted to cleanup some of the display with gotestfmt, but I'll probably wait until some changes get merged in. Integrations tests are failing off of main for some reason (all I did was touch the drone config lol)

At the time you opened this PR, main still didn't have the drone config $PATH adjustments needed for the new Metworx. Those just came in with #290.
