add flags to ignore the extraction of certain optional metadata #42

For example, scientists may not care about the gradients, hence if they do not want to parse the gradient file/gradients from the lst, they can suppress that action.

flags could be the following:

--no-grd
--no-cov
--no-cor
--no-shrinkage
--no-stderr

proposal, is if this flag is used, the returned value is -Inf. We need to investigate the impact on:

tabling in Summary()
coercion to JSON
