add nmbayes vignette #111

We have a "Getting Started with bbr.bayes and Stan" vignette: https://metrumresearchgroup.github.io/bbr.bayes/articles/getting-started-stan.html

Before the next release (which is nmbayes focused), it'd be good to have one for nmbayes too.

In the vignette, consider documenting the nmbayes_ doc prefix. (Applies to stan_ too.)

Hmm, I didn't do that in gh-133. I'll make a note of it in the related issue at gh-127.
