Print method for model object shows estimation method and other output file names #523

FOCE or SAEM/IMP or IMP
TABLE file names
MSF file name; or maybe an indicator that MSF is getting output?

Thanks Kyle. To clarify: some of this (estimation method, at least) is already shown in the print method for the summary object. Are you asking to add the output file names to that summary object, or are you interested in adding these things to the model object (i.e. the object you are likely working with before you execute the model)?
