This issue if for keeping track of edge cases and potential bugs that we need to address while implementing #582 (in part so that we can keep that issue cleaner and dedicated to discussing more general design and implementation).

[ ] There can be multiple $THETA, $OMEGA, $SIGMA blocks
- Example in our test models: complex/example2_saemimp.ctl
[ ] others...

This is unnecessary and is ultimately being address in https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/nmrec/pull/18/

If additional edge cases come up, we can open dedicated issues from them.
