Summary

We need to post an example on how to do the Friberg-Karlsson Model with the mixed solver. I have it in a branch but it never made it to develop. I'll check the model and the code works, and then submit a pull request.

There is a typo in the manual: the example code for the mixed solver has an extra line that shouldn't be there: real V2 = theta[3];.
