Summary

Adds time after first dose (TAFD) to the output
Gets added to the data frame when calling lastdose() or lastdose_df() and to the list with lastdose_list()
TAFD is equal to TAD for records prior to the first dose; after the first dose record, TAFD always increases (like TIME
