Basically, should we have something like this as a function in mrgvalprep? I think probably so. 1) for converting repos that were using googlesheets before (bbr, for example) but 2) @barrettk pointed out that sometimes it is easier to get non-technical users to enter stories into a googlesheet (vs. asking them to write the YAML directly).
