Add functions for storing test results in Git #52

This series implements the mrgvalprep-side of the feature discussed at https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/mrgvalprep/issues/48#issuecomment-1311852247. The last two commits are the primary ones of interest. Most of the preceding commits add git-related helpers.

Things to do before taking this out of draft mode:

[ ] update r-dev-ci-mrgval image
[ ] wire up test/demo Drone run
[ ] flesh out documentation a bit more, particularly for git_results

Closing, as we've moved away from mrgvalidate and mrgvalprep. (Some of these Git helpers may end up being helpful elsewhere; they can be extracted from the refs/pull/ reference.)
