Pull stories from github milestones
assign test ids to all tests (update test files)
create stories yaml file from github milestone tests only
create validation docs from stories yaml

@kylebaron @seth127 Something to note: There are a few milestones in there that referenced bugs and enhancements. Everything ran as expected, but just want to give this a run through and see if we want to manually delete any of the generated stories or not.

In terms of next steps, I can run through this procedure for the other packages (pmplots, lastdose, yspec, mrgsolve, mrggsave, and templ), and then we can review specific stories/milestones?

Thanks, @barrettk. Going forward, we won't be checking in all of the Word docs and validation results, right? It seems like that should go through QA rather than into the repo?

@kylebaron True, I mainly wanted to get the approval that the docs and everything looked right. If that's the case I can remove that doc and we can forward to QA. Ill save all the docs to my Desktop moving forward
