Table showing data source or derivation

Summary

The working table will include the source field in the Details column, but the presentation isn't great. Can we come up with a table with better presentation - maybe a column dedicated to source?

Questions

• source is currently undocumented and was originally intended to list the source data domain (e.g. adlb); stick with that? or do we need a different name or a dedicated field?

• What should the table layout look like? portrait? landscape? What should the dimensions be for each column (this needs to be fixed)?

• What should go into the table? and where should it go?
