Compatibility with GWT 2.1+ #3

It seems that the gws-ns library only works with GWT 2.0. The signature of the 
StandardCompilationResult constructor has changed since, preventing the 
WorkerCompilationLinker from compiling. Any chance that you have a patch?

I have made updated the WorkerCompilationLinker to work with GWT 2.2 if this 
helps anyone. It may not be correct but it works and effectively does what the 
old code.

Hope this helps.
