Contrib cpp files expect their headers to be found in the root directory #55

At the moment contrib cpp files expect their definition headers to be found
in the root directory of the headers. This should change as contribs now
reside in a contrib directory under guichan/contrib.

With the change Guichan will be easier to use and set up if one chooses to
include the source of Guichan in to a project.
