pls i need a tutorial how to compile guichan on visual studio 2008 and how
to link it to a project pls help ( i tried the forum but i can't post, the
forum is bugged )

There are Visual Studio projects available in the SVN repository. You can always
check out the repository and convert them to Visual Studio 2008.

There is also the possibility of simply including the source of Guichan in your
project. I am working on CMake support which will make generation of project 
files
pretty easy.

About our forum. I know it has been behaving a bit strange lately since 
Sourceforge
made a few changes, but I have been able to post so you should be able to do so 
as
well. As this issue tracker should be used for issues and bugs I'm going to 
close
this issue. Please try our forum again or use our mailing list.
