Adds a /docs/ pages (https://mevblocker-web-git-partners-cowswap.vercel.app/docs) that is sourced from a markdown file in the repo (src/const/docs.md). This way any party can edit the Markdown file and update the documentation (through a PR). The link is also shown in the footer menu.
Adds a 'Launch Partners' section with all the current launching partner logo's + link.
