Update to wallet connect v2 and viem #63

I saw that MEV Blocker was not using Wallet Connect v2. So this PR adds it.

I thought this would be a quick change, but in order to do that, I had to:

Create a Wallet Connect App ID (shared in 1pass)
Update Wagmi
Stop using EthersJS, its not used any more in Wagmi!
Start using viem

All of the above broke badly the connection. So I had to fix a bunch of things, and change how we connect and then addRPC in the same click

Also, the error handling was broken because VIEM was wrapping the errors. I had to adapt this too.

Test

Test with injected wallets
Test with Wallet Connect wallets
Test with Unsupported wallets

Try rejections, timeouts, etc.
