Config parsing is broken #1

Due to the recent changes in config parsing (https://github.com/queer/m-discord-backend/commit/71c8add827a6e2796efaeaaa8a1a795ff4ab0f42, https://github.com/queer/m-discord-backend/commit/3c9712b45c814d41760f8e2f181111e7cea6d57e, https://github.com/queer/m-discord-backend/commit/f58b2db047a868a91a53badd37cb56f009efdeb8, https://github.com/queer/m-discord-backend/commit/4a7220a606b9547b7f40598546726a7301d36a82, etc.), config validation is 100% broken for all config modules.
