Update README.md #22

I edited the title text since it's basically a sentence so it should start with a capital letter. Also i corrected the typo, don't -> doesn't and added a few filler words while I was at it ;D

I also wanted to swap the pictures in wiki so it doesn't look so poorly made (no offense) but I have no idea how to do it, you might want to download paint.net and edit them a bit, it's easy to use and will do the job.

I made this project when I was little so I was bad in english lol. I will not accept your PR. The problem here is you are not bringing any code, you are just correcting the grammar mistakes of a child. This is not the goal of a pull request. So I will do the changes by myself, not accepting a PR without code. DM me on Discord to talk about the wiki images.

PS: Don't take this repo too seriously, it's just another discord-related tool.

I am very sorry to open a pull request and not checking your profile to see you have a Discord I can add you and wait until (if ever) you approve my request so I can correct you in one line of a readme file. That's what I am supposed to do? I don't agree with you, not everyone would see this behaviour very fitting. I just saw this repo in my explore tab, got interested, and saw an easy and quick way to improve it. Some people need help with code and others need it in grammar. In my opinion, that's what are pull requests for, helping, and there is nothing wrong about it.
